Hotel m - 27

Hotel m27 was the best stay of our most recent trip to Europe. The location was exactly what we were looking for - perfectly situated to all parts of the island and within a walkable town that was not overly touristy. The hotel and room were very clean & comfortable- with a well stocked fridge of amazing wines and snacks which was welcomed after a long day of travel. We were in a front room during the busy season and had no sign of road noise. The property was very peaceful. Last but not least, we cannot say enough about Vicent. He was a wonderful, helpful and kind host. And the breakfast was incredible - there was a great selection, it was fresh and delicious. Even after we had moved on to our next destination we wished Vicent was there to make those delightful breakfast toasts. We would not stay anywhere else in Menorca!

For service, attention and comfort this hotel scores ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is stylish, very comfortable and well placed for exploring the whole island. If you don't mind some traffic noise it's well worth considering. Breakfast is superb, the staff are also superb and really helped make our stay special. The town has plenty of places to eat and good bus services. Es Mercadal is in the center of the island and provides easy access to all areas.

We loved the place. Owners were super helpful and lovely. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Es Mercadal is a sleepy little place but great for a slightly different location on a beach island.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of our stay in Menorca, and what a wonderful way to end ! We stayed in two different rooms, both were lovely. Fontassa and Farina. Fontassa is slightly bigger, but has no balcony, Farina has a lovely little balcony overlooking the mill. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are super, super comfy. If you are looking for a balcony room I would suggest Moli as it is a little bigger than Farina. Vincent was so helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us. We were originally booked in room Far, which is on the ground floor closer to the breakfast patio than the other rooms and we asked to move as I am a little noise sensitive and he made this happen, he really did his best to make our stay perfect. He gave us some really great restaurant tips and sent us to the most beautiful unspoilt virgin beaches. Such a lovely man with a wonderful energy. Breakfast at the hotel is just out of this world! There is a lovely little plunge pool, we used to enjoy a little dip and glass of wine there after a day out. Beach towels, snorkels etc are provided, such a lovely touch. The hotel does run alongside a main road but you cannot hear the traffic noise at all when you are in your room as all windows are double glazed, but you can hear the road from the wonderful little pool or if you are on your balcony. Es Mercadal is a really lovely town, lots of great restaurants and a good base to explore the Island from. If you are looking to stay in Es Mercadal this is the place to book. Accueil excellent de Maria et Vincente qui donnent beaucoup de conseils pour les visites et les restaurants.Un petit hotel tres propre, des petits dejeuners tres copieux et tres bons: des tostadas variés, des gateaux maison et une salade de fruit.Avec tout ça on oublie vite que l'on est au botd d'une route tres frequentée.Es Mercadal est bien situé pour visiter l'ile.

Dopo lunghe ed attente ricerche decidiamo di prenotare questo hotel a Mercadal. Dovessimo rifare un soggiorno a Minorca ci ritorneremmo di sicuro Mercadal è strategico perché nel centro dell’isola. Da lì in 20 minuti si arriva ovunque e consigliamo lo scooter come mezzo di trasporto. Il paese è piccolo ma vivace Infine hotel 27. Elegante anche se minimal. Non lussuoso ma arredato con gusto e semplicità. Colazione tipica spagnola con tostada salate preparate al momento, cappuccio e caffè Illy (e non è poco lontano dall’Italia) e poi la cordialità del personale. Lasciate a casa guide turistiche ed affidatevi a loro. Veramente bravi… complimenti
